abbv. Role Play Award. An award dispensed by a staff member as a reward for roleplaying or staying in character. Usually these awards take the form of an "experience modifier" which multiplies the amount of experience you absorb per "tick." Eventually these modifiers run their course and you return to normal experience absorption.
