This symbol allows you to project a brief thought to everybody in the region who is in the Order of Voln and who also has achieved at least their 3rd step along the Path. To hear others performing this symbol, you do not have to "turn on" the "Voln net" by performing the symbol. Once you learn the Symbol of Thought, you will always hear other people using the Symbol of Thought, unless you temporarily turn off your Voln thoughts using tkaro root. Syntax is SYMBOL OF THOUGHT [message to be broadcast].
