Kelvin

Temperature scale used to measure and define the color of a light source; relating to color temperature with blue being a low color temperature or cool color and red being a hot color temperature. Color temperature is measured in degrees Kelvin (abbreviated as K). The proper color setting for a television is 6,500 degrees Kelvin.
