Video coder overload (also buffer overload)

(video-coder-overload, buffer-overload) Video coder overload is tested using rapid scene cuts, at most only a few frames apart, to stress digital compression systems by presenting them with a video signal that contains little or no temporal redundancy (frame-to-frame correlation).
