Effect: Summons a swarm of insects which bite and bother the target. They can have a variety of effects on the target, including knocking them down and pinning them, causing them to shift in to a more aggressive stance, calming them or poisoning them. This spell can only be cast outdoors unless the caster is under the influence of the Nature's Touch spell, but if it is cast a target outdoors, which later runs indoors, the swarm will follow.
