(arkati, gods) n. Powerful beings which are worshipped today as gods, the arkati were once but servants themselves to the Drakes. With the coming of the Ur-Daemons, however, the Drakes were essentially wiped out and with the Ur-Daemons driven back to their plane by the final desperate battle, the arkati stood to inherit and rebuild Elanthia. Today the arkati are generally divided in to two pantheons--Lornon, and Liabo, although a few misfit arkati and the younger/less powerful of the gods belong to no pantheon.
