A/V, or Audio/Video, is a generic term used to describe products and services associated with audio and video. A/V could be used to describe speakers, amplifiers, receivers, televisions, CDs, or even computer sound and graphics cards. An A/V retailer is a company selling audio/video equipment in some form or fashion (this could be consumer electronics, professional DJ systems, intercom systems, etc.).
