Connection which incorporates a machined insert mandrel designed to fit inside the CT. The mandrel is machined with circular recesses or "furrows" which serve as the force loading shoulders for the connection. The connector is secured to the CT body by means of mechanically yielding the tube into machined groove recesses on the mandrel.
