Side out

When a team is on serve receive and wins the rally, it is called a “side-out”.

A side out occurs when the serving team has failed to score a point, and the receiving team successfully terminates the ball against the serving team. Or, when the serving team commits an un-forced error. When a side out occurs, the players have to rotate, and the teams switch serve.
