Video Carrier-to-Noise Ratio

(C/N Ratio) The video carrier-to-noise ratio is a measure of the ratio of carrier to noise power expressed in decibels. C/N ratio is determined from link analysis calculations. It depends directly upon satellite EIRP, dish gain, dish noise temperature, LNB noise temperature, signal bandwidth and path loss.
